This book is way overkill for the purpose it advertises.
Rather than providing simple steps for registering a sole proprietorship, it goes into expansive detail about how to write a business plan and proposal for getting a loan from a bank.
In fact the book doesn’t even tell you how to go about registering a sole proprietorship.
Rather than a guide to sole proprietorship this is more like a guide to small business. If you’ve looked at this book and other books by the same author it’s easy to tell that they just took one of their other books, swapped some of the content around, changed a few words and gave it a new title.
Information provided that is specific to sole proprietorship is vague and unhelpful.
