. . . and finally found a chair suitable for those long days at the office. Durable leather seat with a comfortable mesh back and just the right amount of lumbar support make this a winner. The only drawback: would be nice to have padded arms.

I bought this chair through Amazon and their supplier for this item, its very comfortable and well made for heavy duty usage. Their manufacturer has a very outstanding customer service because when I received the chair, there was a little damage on the the bottom back side. I reported the defect right away and they went out of their way to correspond with me and they sent a replacement right away. WOW! I hope that this company and seller should be a model on how a merchant takes care of their customers. When I’ll have another need to buy an office furniture, I will dilligently look for this particular merchant again because they have gained my business for life. Chair is very comfortable and for the price, great, but within the first 3 weeks, 2 of the wheels broke off, dissapointing, but when we contacted the manufacturer they sent us more. Overall I’d rate this product a 3 star.

Although I was a bit dubious about the quality while assembling this chair, we have since been very happy with it – it is very comfortable. We did have to “stretch out the back” a bit to allow it to recline to a comfortable position.

I like the feel of the chair but it wasn’t built for longterm use. Meaning, you can’t seat in it for too long without have some kind of back issues. The chair feels comfortable at first but the longer you sit, the more you try to reposition yourself to get comfortable.
