I started thumbing through this at a friends house. I was just using it as a time killer as I have no aspirations of becoming a personal trainer, but after a few pages I really got taken in by the writing. The author writes in a very easy to read, conversational style. The author’s personal experiences, shown in sidebars, gave me the feeling like I was talking to a friend who just happened to know a ton about personal training.

Not to say that the book isn’t in depth, as it does a great job of breaking down everything you could possibly have to think about when starting a business. After reading this starting any business seems possible, not just a personal training one. It’s very concise without losing the reader in the details. In fact the authors writing style kept me engrossed with the in depth details provided.

If you’re thinking of starting any home based business, this book will be helpful. Let alone a home based personal training one. Hell, it made me think I could start one, and trust me, I’m nobodies idea of a personal trainer.
