There were chips and a huge gash in the shelf and the laminate is peeling away as well. It came very dusty and slightly scuffed up. Even for $26 dollars this seller should still take pride in two things... giving an honest and accurate description of the product and DON'T SELL USED merchandise. I am very disappointed that some of the Amazon sellers are becoming as dirty as the ebay sellers. What a fricken nightmare and Psalm 35 on the seller or sellers that are taking advantage of customers in this way. And I found this ! I like the fact that this desk is not that heavy because I live in the 3rd floor, and I need to move the box up to my apartment by myself . The desk is very easy to set up, it is a perfect size desk for my 22 inch monitor, and I still have plenty of space for my stationery. To me the desk is very sturdy even after I put my computer on it. It is really a good deal for the price ! <br /> <br />My shipment arrived on time and in good condition, nothing was broken or missing.
