There was a wheel missing from this chair. The wheels were just rattling around in the box.
I called the 800 number listed on the instruction sheet 11/20/2009 and was promised a quick response. Here it is 12/6/09 and still no wheel. I will have to send this item back if the wheel doesn’t arrive soon.

I seen the price and I grabbed two of them. These chairs are garbage. The hardware comes loose in time and the chairs are both loose. I do not suggest purchasing these crappy chairs.

I own a couple of these chairs. Be very careful putting it together that you have the screws perfectly aligned, or else it will strip out the aluminum screw base. Since the arms hold the back of the chair to the base, this will cause the chair to become “Wobbly” if not firmly seated.
Once together, It will last at least a year of daily use before the padding is worn out. It is worth the $65 I paid for it.

I was expecting a larger chair for the price, but the chair is fine and comfortable. It does seem to have cheap parts, but still this is a good deal for a quality chair under $100.

I just got this yesterday and was able to put it together by myself, which speaks well because I’m disabled and my hands don’t work well.
It’s nice and comfortable – I like it!
