Bought this chair two months ago and it’s already broken. There was a loud crack and then then later in the day another cracking sound but not as loud.
Now the gas lift adjustment does not work. It also always did creak. And when you sit down there is a loud sound like you are breaking gas which is a little embarassing. I don’t know how to ship it back, since I live on an island in Alaska. PS the chair is not comfortable. Be forewarned!

not as plush as it looks, and a little to flimsy for a heavy man

I bought this chair even though it was a bit more than I wanted to spend because it said that was easy to assemble and I needed to be able to assemble it myself. I am not at all handy and I was able to assemble this chair in 5 minutes. It came in three pieces that go together intuitively. The chair is very comfy and easily adjustable. I can sit in this chair all day and its wide enough that I can even tuck my legs underneath myself. I did notice that the weight max is 225 so I really wouldn’t recommend this chair for anyone large but for me its great!
