I found this book to be easy reading. Lee uses inspirational messages and analogies from every day life, and his own personal life, to help you gain a new perspective on how to become a better leader. He wants readers to learn valuable lessons from his life experience. He offers questions for you to consider when dealing with certain situations. Good book for a good price.
